Veea Joins Microsoft Azure Certified for IoT

Veea announced it has joined Microsoft Azure Certified for Internet of Things (IoT), assuring hardware and software has been pre-tested and verified to work with Microsoft Azure IoT services.

“The Microsoft Azure Certified for IoT program validates our ability to jumpstart customers’ IoT projects with pre-tested device and operating system combinations,” said CCO at Veea Mark Tubinis, in a press release. “Our VeeaHub Developers’ Starter Kit for developer community, which includes a VeeaHub unit on a rental basis, IoT Gateway VeeaHub Toolkit (VHT) and optional professional support services, enables developers and their customers to substantially accelerate development of their desired applications and rapid deployment of their IoT solutions.”

The VeeaHub family of Multi-WAN Secure Access Service Edge (MW-SASE) Nodes, couple multi-WAN connectivity and a security with Zero Trust Networking (ZTN).

Further, it offers wired and wireless connectivity such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi Mesh, and LoRaWAN, among others.

In addition to the VeeaHUB Toolkit, a container-level open software development environment is included to help facilitate application development by third parties.

Three VeeaHub models are available on the Azure Certified for IoT device catalog.
