Investor Relations

Computing and AI are extending to the edge. Veea built the platform that takes them there.

Nasdaq: VEEA Common stock · Warrants: VEEAW

One platform, 117+ patents, sold through telecom operators, distributors and integrators.

Veea gives businesses the hardware and software to run AI and process their data on site — in stores, buildings, construction sites and telecom networks — instead of shipping everything to a distant cloud. Decisions happen faster, bandwidth costs fall and sensitive data stays where it is created. Partners who already own those customer relationships sell it for Veea.

What 117+ patents protect

Veea’s portfolio spans 26 patent families in four areas. In plain terms, here is what patents in each area can cover and why that matters.

Networking
How VeeaHub units connect to each other and to the internet: mesh networking, Wi-Fi, 4G and 5G, and the ways they combine. Patents here can cover the methods that keep a site online over several connections at once.
Edge-cloud computing
Running applications at a site while managing thousands of sites from one place. Patents here can cover how software is deployed, updated and coordinated across many locations.
Security
Keeping devices, data and applications safe on hardware that sits in a store or on a job site rather than in a locked data center. Patents here can cover how that hardware is trusted, isolated and protected.
AI
Running AI models on site, within a site’s power and bandwidth, and coordinating them across locations. Patents here can cover how AI is put where the data is created.

Patents can give a company exclusive rights to the methods they cover, open licensing opportunities and raise the cost for a competitor to build the same thing. What they deliver depends on the claims granted and on how each market develops.

Why edge computing

Intelligence is extending to where the data already is

Think of a security camera running AI. It should not have to stream every second of video to a data center hundreds of miles away before deciding whether something is wrong. It should decide on the spot and send only what matters. The same is true of the sensors, machines and devices in every store, building and job site.

That is why computing and AI are extending from the data center to the site. Veea has been building the platform to run and manage that extension since 2014.

The cloud Training, coordination, fleet policy, long-term storage.
Edge locations Stores Buildings Operator sites Machines
Speed Some decisions cannot wait for a round trip to the cloud. A camera, a checkout or a machine needs its answer now.
Cost Processing video and sensor data on site means far less of it has to be sent upstream, and far less to pay for.
Control Some data should stay on site, and some must by law. Processing it locally keeps it where it belongs.
One platform Thousands of sites need one consistent way to run applications, apply policies and manage hardware. That is what VeeaONE is built to provide.
Why Veea

One platform built to serve many markets

Veea built one technology platform that can be sold across telecom, retail, construction, buildings and industrial sites — a market IDC expects to reach $380 billion a year by 2028, up from about $261 billion in 2025 (IDC, March 2025). One product, many markets: every new industry is a new customer base for technology Veea has already built, protected and brought to market through partners.

Market Reports, independent research report.

One platform, many marketsProduct

The same core platform can serve telecom, retail, buildings, construction, industrial sites and other distributed environments. That allows Veea to reuse the same underlying technology across multiple markets rather than building a different product stack for each one.

  • VeeaHub edge servers and qualified third-party systems
  • Centralized management across distributed sites
  • Applications for connectivity, security, AI, IoT and video

Protected technologyIP

More than 117 patents across 26 patent families protect Veea’s work in networking, edge-cloud computing, security and AI. That is more than a decade of platform development a competitor would have to build from scratch.

  • 26 patent families, four technology areas
  • Recognized by Gartner in 2021 and 2023 for the innovativeness of its edge computing platform

Partner-led distributionChannel

Veea primarily reaches customers through organizations that already own the customer relationship: telecom operators, technology distributors, systems integrators and OEMs. That gives Veea access to established sales channels without having to build a large direct-sales organization market by market.

  • Telcel and Totalplay in Mexico; Viasat Mexico across more than 1,600 communities
  • Telarus technology advisors in the United States
  • Genesys Impact delivering repeat construction deployments

Commercial progressTraction

Veea’s partner programs are no longer all at the same early stage. Some remain in qualification or channel development, while others have reached commercial launch, customer billing and repeat paid deployments.

  • Telcel began customer billing in July 2026. Genesys Impact reached its tenth paid Crowdkeep™ deployment in August 2026.
Routes to market

Six programs. One commercialization path. Five different stages.

Veea’s commercial programs can progress through the same five stages, but not on the same timetable. Some are still in qualification or channel development, while others have reached commercial launch, customer billing or repeat paid deployments. The status shown for each program reflects Veea’s latest publicly disclosed milestone.

The ecosystem

Veea scales through an ecosystem, not a direct sales force

Operators, distributors, systems integrators, OEMs and technology partners extend Veea into markets and customer relationships the company would otherwise have to build itself. The same core platform can support multiple products, industries and routes to market.

The business model

How one deployment can support recurring revenue

Veea’s hardware is the entry point, not the entire business model. Once a site is running VeeaONE, additional software and services can be added to infrastructure that is already installed, managed and connected. That creates the potential for ongoing platform and application revenue over the life of the deployment.

01

A site goes live

A VeeaHub, or a qualified third-party system running Veea software, is deployed at a customer location and brought under central management.

02

The site connects to VeeaONE

VeeaONE provides ongoing software management, security, policy and fleet operations across the deployed site.

03

Additional services can be added

Applications such as cybersecurity, video intelligence, IoT management and workforce safety can run on infrastructure that is already in place, without deploying a separate computing stack for every new service.

04

The partner repeats it

Once a partner has deployed the solution successfully at one site, the same model can be repeated across additional locations. Genesys Impact reached ten paid Crowdkeep™ deployments using this model.
