Getting Started with your VeeaHub

1. Prepare your VeeaHub

Before you begin, make sure your VeeaHub is plugged in and mesh light (the light with the V-Shield symbol) stops blinking and stays on. This might take up to 2 minutes depending on your internet connection.

2. Download VeeaHub Device Manager

VeeaHub Device Manager is a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices that let you setup and manage your VeeaHubs with ease. You can find it on the App Store and Google Play.

3. Pair your VeeaHub with your account

Once your VeeaHub is ready to pair, follow the pairing instructions below to add your device to your account.

4. Access your devices

Once paired, you can access your devices on the VeeaHub Device Manager or the Veea Control Center. VeeaHub Device Manager allows you to pair and manage your devices while Veea Control Center allows you to install and manage applications that run on your devices.


  • Make sure your VeeaHub's Mesh light (the light with the V-Shield symbol) is steady, not blinking, before attempting to pair with your device.
  • If you are going to connect your VeeaHub using Ethernet, make sure the Ethernet cable (not included) is connected to your device and router.
  • If your VeeaHub is stuck with a blinking Mesh light, please follow the instructions on how to reset your device.
