vCube Warranty

Our vCube is covered by a limited one year warranty.

If troubleshooting common problems does not work, and if you are still having issues with your hardware, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@veeapay.com to start your warranty claim process. Please include in your email, your Order ID number (which may be found in your original order confirmation) and the email associated with your order.
  2. We’ll ship you a replacement, with any accompanying accessories. The replacement hardware should arrive within 5-7 days.
  3. Send us your old hardware within 7 days of receiving your replacement. Use the same box that your replacement hardware arrived in and apply the pre-paid label included with your replacement.

Please return your old vCube hardware within 7 days of receiving your replacement. Otherwise, we will assume you want to keep both units and debit the cost of the new hardware from our linked bank account.
