Manage your Devices

From the VeeaPay home screen you may select Manage your Devices to pair your vCube, printers, scanners and other devices.

Before setting up your devices, make sure you have a compatible device with the latest version of the VeeaConnect app.

Device Requirements

Apple iOS Compatibility

The vCube is supported on iOS devices with iOS 8 and above with built-in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and  an updated VeeaConnect app, version 1.1.12 or higher.

Google Android Compatibility

The vCube is supported on most Android devices running KitKat or higher with built-in Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) and an updated VeeaConnect app, version 1.1.4 or higher.

We cannot guarantee support with all Android devices at the moment, but we’re working to support as many as possible.

Pairing your Devices

The vCube, and any printers, scanners and other devices can be paired with the VeeaConnect app through bluetooth. For help on how to pair a vCube, click here
